Upon entering the premises of Ricarda's Toronto, located at 134 Peter Street, I understand and accept the risk of potentially contracting Covid-19, and any other type of airborn illness.  Ricarda's Toronto (DESCH CANADA LTD.) is not responsible or liable for any illness or sickness I may contract while on premise. In the event I contract an illness or experience health issues from entering Ricarda's on the stated event date, I confirm that I will not persue legal action against Ricarda's Toronto.  If while I'm on premise at Ricarda's Toronto, I begin to feel any of the above symptoms, I confirm that I will advise Management and leave the premise immediately. In the event I contract Covid-19, within two weeks of the event on the date listed above, I confirm that I will advise Ricarda's Management team immediately.
